A working meeting was held between the management of the Center and Kazaviaspas JSC on the development of unmanned aviation for emergency situations

In accordance with the order of the Minister for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Major General S. Sharipkhanov, on July 31, 2023, a working meeting was held with the participation of the management of the Center and Kazaviaspas JSC in order to assist the creation of the UAV Department in the structure of Kazaviaspas JSC, taking into account the Center's experience and practice of using UAVs in search, rescue operations and for disaster risk reduction activities.

Director of the Center S. Aubakirov made a presentation on the experience of using UAVs for emergency situations, as well as on the work done to strengthen the capacity of employees of emergency authorities of the Central Asian countries in the field of using unmanned vehicles. Representatives of Kazaviaspas JSC expressed their interest in organizing training courses and further developing interaction between organizations in the field of UAV use.

Based on the results of the working meeting, an agreement was reached on the development of a plan for joint interaction for the exchange of experience and knowledge, as well as the provision of comprehensive assistance in the creation of the UAV Department in the structure of Kazaviaspas JSC.
