The Center, together with the OSCE, builds the capacity of Kazakhstan's EMERCOM personnel
The Center, together with the OSCE Office in Astana, is organizing two training seminars on the application of the developed subsystems “Digital Security Passport” and “Interactive Maps” from 12 to 23 May 2025. This series of trainings is held in fulfillment of the protocol instruction of the Vice-Minister for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. B. Abdyshev dated December 5, 2024, concerning the implementation of the next steps in the implementation of the subsystems and training of specialists to work with them.
The first training is attended by representatives of the Committee for Prevention of Emergency Situations, Command Center for Strategic Planning and Operational Management, Department of Informatization, Digitalization and Communication, as well as emergency departments of Astana, Almaty, Shymkent cities and regions: Mangistau, Atyrau, East Kazakhstan, Zhetisu, West Kazakhstan and North Kazakhstan.
The main objective of the five-day seminar is to improve the professional competence of MES employees in the application of digital tools for risk assessment, analysis and management within the framework of the Digital Safety Passport (DSP) and Interactive Maps (IM) subsystems, as well as to develop skills for their effective use at the regional and national levels for the full implementation of these solutions.
Upon completion of the training, all participants were awarded certificates.
